Umami Classic is a 100% organic, cold-pressed Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from the Vall del Corb in Lleida. The olives are harvested at the normal pre-veraison stage, when they are just early ripe and developing their fresh, green fruitiness. Pressed within a short time to preserve the soft, balanced character, this oil delivers a mild bitterness and subtle spicy notes. Ideal for daily use in salads, grilled vegetables, pasta, or as a finishing touch on fresh bread. Vegan and rich in antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fats.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with photos
