  • Ingredients: Sea salt (min. 90%), tomato (max. 7%), basil (max. 3%)

  • Taste sensation: Fresh, savory, and aromatic with pronounced tomato and basil notes.

  • Best used with: Toast, focaccia, potatoes, vegetables, white meat, fish, cheeses, desserts

  • Recommended use: Use as finishing salt. Crumble gently between your fingers and sprinkle over the dish just before serving.
