  • Ingredients: Sea salt (min. 96%), orange extract (max. 3%), lemon extract (max. 1%)

  • Flavour profile: Fresh, aromatic citrus notes with clean salinity

  • Best used with: White meat, fish, vegetables, creams, sauces, cheeses, desserts, cocktail rims

  • Recommended use: Use as a finishing salt. Gently crumble between your fingers and sprinkle over the dish just before serving.
